By adopting different culture’s cooking techniques, people experimented and invented new cuisines. The Japanese cuisine ‘tempura’ is also the result of the mingling of western cooking techniques with that of East Asia. Tempura is one of the popular world cuisines made from seafood and different vegetables. It is made by game frying techniques. Due to the mingling of different cultures, there was a fusion in cuisines. In India, biryanis and kebabs got popular after the advent of the Mughals. So the cuisines represent the history of any country.

Whole food literally holds the power to heal us without any medication from times to times our ancestor’s knowledge of eating the right food for a particular condition can naturally heal us. The importance of food in our lives is pretty much but nowadays people tend to eat for their tongue rather than for their body. Food industries has created junk, convenience, fast, processed food that are destroying human body beyond our thinking.

As we are evolving more and more we are switching to shortcut methods or what we say nowadays “hacks” food. These foods are only good for taste but not for body. We need to understand the importance of eating right so that our body will thank us even at the age of 60. Eating right mean eating whole food like grains, pulse, seasonal vegetables, fruits and dry fruits. Also as we are living in 2022 we just can’t resist ourselves from enjoy a cheese burst pizza and we should not! The way of enjoying a healthy life is balance. If we are eating good home cooked food every week so we deserve one cheat day also to enjoy the junk. As we have given the privilege to live in this body we also need to take care of this body by eating the right food and doing exercise. As a result, we should always eat consciously, avoid food waste, and be grateful to Mother Nature.
